Declan is a director of various ICECAP group companies and has primary responsibility for legal matters. He has 20 years experience of international project finance and M&A and was, until joining ICECAP as a founder in 2003, a senior partner of Taylor Wessing, the international law firm.
Ian qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in 1992, and his strong financial and analytical skills have been utilized within a number of different disciplines in the investment sector. He has extensive international experience, having held senior level financial management positions in Asia, Europe and North America. His background is primarily in financial services specializing in operational and financial risk management.
Alick is a commodity trader and, with Cumbria Energy Ltd, was one of the first independent traders of emissions credits in the UK Emissions Trading Scheme. He started his career in energy as part of a team at Mobil North Sea Limited, subsequently co-founding the Quantum Energy Group. Alick has been involved in the emissions markets since 2002 and is head of trading and responsible for ICECAP’s commercial affairs.
Dave is a founding shareholder and director of ICECAP based in the Jersey office in the Channel Islands. Dave qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1995 on completion of his articles with KPMG in Cape Town, South Africa. He then consulted extensively to a number of large international financial institutions in London on a project by project basis from 1995 until 2003 when ICECAP was established.
Dave has extensive international expertise having worked in Africa, Australia, the Channel Islands and the United Kingdom
Bobby joined ICECAP in 2007 as financial controller. His role has since expanded to include responsibility for operational issues. Bobby qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2005 with PWC (Jersey).
