Alex has almost 20 years’ experience in the offshore financial and corporate services industry. He is a qualified company secretary and brings with him a broad range of expertise in both the company secretarial and administration functions. He has worked on a wide variety of structures in both the private wealth and corporate sectors, including trusts, employee incentive plans, special purpose vehicles and a listed infrastructure fund.
