Eduan is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and holds degrees in both Commerce and Law. After completing his vocational training, Eduan joined a South African trust company as independent trustee on family business trusts, gaining valuable fiduciary experience. He then joined a major South African bank as a Fiduciary Specialist for HNW and UHNW clients with a focus on trusteeship and trust administration, estate planning and structuring, business contingent liability planning as well as relationship management. In 2025, Eduan relocated to Mauritius to join ICECAP as Client Director in our Mauritius office. Eduan has extensive experience in administration, Fiduciary planning and structuring and legal interpretation.
