Natasha is an Associate Director at ICECAP, and an experienced corporate and finance lawyer with a strong background advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and corporate and real estate finance transactions.
Prior to joining ICECAP, Natasha worked as a senior associate at Bedell Cristin in Jersey. Natasha began her legal career in Scotland, training at the private client boutique firm Murray Beith Murray before moving to practice corporate law at CMS Cameron McKenna.
As a qualified Scottish solicitor with over a decade of post-qualification experience -including more than eight years practising Jersey law – Natasha brings a practical and commercially focused approach to her work. She was also recently recognised by The Legal 500 as a Leading Associate in Corporate and Commercial Jersey Law, reflecting her reputation for delivering clear, strategic advice.
