​Millka is a professional with over nine years of experience across the public and private sectors. She has extensive experience in administrative and operational functions, including process improvement. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including governmental bodies and international organisations, in connection with the implementation of capital projects in Mauritius. Early in her career, also gained experience in the insurance and payroll sectors. Millka holds a BSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Mauritius.
